A Sales Associate at XcelerateIT is responsible for managing leads, building client relationships, and driving outreach through calls, emails, and digital channels. They act as the first point of contact for prospects, ensuring every conversation reflects our values of integrity, client focus, and measurable impact.

What You’ll Do

  • You will manage and nurture leads from multiple sources (Apollo.io, LinkedIn, referrals, inbound queries) and ensure no opportunity slips through the cracks.

  • You will make sales calls and follow-ups, building rapport with prospects and clearly communicating how our solutions create value.

​

  • You will research and qualify potential clients, identifying decision-makers and mapping opportunities in different business functions (Sales, Marketing, HR, Finance, Operations).

​

  • You will support outreach campaigns by drafting emails, LinkedIn messages, and scripts that resonate with SME leaders and enterprise stakeholders.​

  • You will maintain an accurate sales pipeline, documenting interactions and next steps in CRM tools for transparency and collaboration.

​

  • You will collaborate with the strategy and delivery teams to align client needs with the right solutions, ensuring consistency in messaging.

​

  • You will track and report results — from calls made to meetings booked — and continuously improve based on feedback and outcomes.

​

  • You will represent XcelerateIT with integrity, ensuring every interaction builds trust, credibility, and long-term relationships.

​

Who You are

  • You are an energetic communicator who enjoys connecting with people and can build trust quickly over a call or message.

​

  • You have 1–2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development (bonus if you’ve used Apollo.io or similar tools).

​

  • You are curious and resourceful, able to research prospects, understand their needs, and spot opportunities.

​

  • You are organized and disciplined, keeping your pipeline updated and following through on every lead.​​

​

  • You see sales not just as numbers, but as relationships that create measurable impact for clients and the business.

​

  • You thrive in a remote-first environment, managing your time well and staying self-motivated.

​

  • Most importantly, you’re hungry to learn, grow, and contribute to a team that is driving change through automation and innovation.
